• Contact Information: Name, 10-digit mobile number, city, and optional inquiry message.
• Billing & Registration Data (In-Showroom Purchases): Name, address, phone number, vehicle chassis/motor numbers, and masked government identification strictly where mandated by transport regulations (RTO). In accordance with UIDAI regulations, 12-digit Aadhaar numbers are never stored in full; only masked formats (XXXX-XXXX-NNNN) are retained.
• Technical Information: Anonymous website analytics and browser headers solely used for network security, abuse prevention, and rate-limiting.

3. Purpose of Processing & Consent

We process your data strictly on the basis of your explicit consent and legitimate business interests, specifically to:

• Respond to your scooter price inquiry, model specification questions, or festive offer claims.
• Schedule showroom test rides and arrange callbacks via WhatsApp or phone.
• Generate GST tax invoices, deliver warranty documents, and schedule the 4 complimentary periodic service reminders.
• Protect our online systems against automated fraud, spam bots, and security vulnerabilities.

4. Zero Spam & Data Sharing Policy

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third-party marketing companies. Data is shared only with:

• Direct authorized vehicle OEMs (Zelio, Dynamo, Worzo) solely for official warranty activation.
• Official telecommunications gateways (Meta WhatsApp Cloud API) to send you your requested digital invoices and service completion alerts.
• Government regulatory authorities or law enforcement only when strictly required by applicable Indian law.

5. Security & Encryption Standards

We employ enterprise-grade security controls including TLS 1.3 in-transit encryption, PBKDF2 cryptographic hashing, role-based access control, automated rate-limiting, and hardened edge infrastructure hosted on Cloudflare.

6. Your Rights under the DPDP Act 2023

As a data principal, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or updating of inaccurate records.
• Withdraw your consent or request erasure of your contact details from our inquiry systems.
